Too often, hundreds or even thousands of people are injured by unsafe or improperly regulated drugs or medications,
faulty machinery or equipment, and other defective products. In many cases, victims with comparable personal injury
claims band together (as a class) to sue the company or organization that has injured or wronged them.
New York City residents injured by a defective drug, piece of machinery, pesticide, or other harmful product,
may qualify to join a class action lawsuit with other victims from various cities across the country.

Class Action Personal Injury Lawsuits
Gulf War Veterans
During the Gulf War, many soldiers were exposed to nerve and mustard gas emitted from factories and facilities built
by the lawsuit's defendants. Much of that exposure occurred when troops destroyed such factories as part of a
widespread attempt to dismantle Saddam Hussein's chemical warfare stockpile. Many soldiers now show symptoms of a
neurological disorder presumably cause by that exposure. Additionally, mustard gas is known to cause birth defects
and cancer, so negative effects may still surface for years to come. More than 100,000 U.S. soldiers may have been
exposed.
The class is suing the companies that built the facilities, provided Saddam Hussein with materials for the weapons, and
helped finance the facilities. So far, many thousands of veterans have joined this class action suit. If you or a
loved one may have been exposed to these chemicals during the Gulf War, we can help with your case. Please contact the New York personal injury attorneys at McCallion & Associates, or for further information log on

Class Action Personal Injury Settlements
French Banks Holocaust Litigation
On December 17, 1997, a class action suit was filed on behalf of all Jews who were denied access to their bank accounts
and other assets held in French banks during World War II. According to the lawsuit, French banks blocked access to such
accounts before they were officially asked to do so and failed to account for all assets of Holocaust survivors,
victims, and their family members after WWII culminated. More than 140 French Vichy laws yanked property, businesses,
and other valuables from Jews and assisted in thousands of Jews' deportations to death camps.
On January 18, 2001, a 22.5 million dollar settlement was reached in the French Banks Holocaust Litigation suit. Jews
living in France (or their heirs) who may have had an account in France during WWII may be eligible for compensation.
